TERMS & CONDITIONS

*Each dancer must have a positive attitude at all times in classes, workshops & performances. Each dancer must encourage and support ALL JAM STREET members. ALL JAM STREET SCHOOL of DANCE TEACHERS will aim to train each pupil to the best of their individual ability and treat students fairly & professionally.

*No refunds can be made for classes missed or if a child is withdrawn from a class or the school. No refunds can be made for cancelled classes due to extreme & dangerous weather conditions however classes will always remain open if it safe to do so. There is a 4 week cancelation period from when the school is informed a pupil no longer wishes to attend, this enables the school to cancel a subscription and places to be offered to children on the waiting list.

*Uniform should be purchased by week 4 for new starts.

*All shows and exams are optional, parents must inform teachers as soon as possible if a pupil does not wish to take part.

The school is not responsible for providing before or after care for students. Students are not to be left at the school for excessive time before or after their class/es.

*Participants take classes at their own risk, please inform your teacher of any medical conditions that may affect your participation.

*Please note that all our teachers are working professionals and may need to be covered by another suitable teacher.

*Photographs of pupils may be used for publication, advertising purposes and on the Jam Street School of Dance website. All photographs are used in an appropriate context. Please speak to a teacher if you do not wish your child to be photographed.
